Back in 1971, the late Jeff Wheatley started this law firm with the goal of making a construction lawyer affordable to all contractors.
Today, WHEATLEY & OSAKI continues the tradition of providing competent low cost legal care while specializing in construction law. We have a large base of long-time clients. Why? Perhaps it is because we do not charge for every minute that is spent on a case. Each matter receives our immediate attention. We keep the client informed of all developments and return all calls within 24 hours.
Of course, being a law firm with a strong customer service attitude and a reasonable billing policy, means nothing unless there is both experience and knowledge behind it. Construction disputes usually have an urgent ring to it. The subcontractor refuses to perform. The owner refuses to pay. The work is defective. Now what?
